Dr Howell is excellent. One day his staff was late to work and he did secretarial work, phlebotomy and his own work in an effort not to keep his patients waiting. And he provided par excellent care. His leading by example totally impressed me.

Dr. Howell is an awesome physician. I have been going to him for over 20 years. He has very good bedside manners. He is very professional. I highly recommend him to any woman that's looking for a great gynecologist.

I absolutely love Dr. Howell. Right now, I still consider myself a new patient because I’ve only seen him three times. However, I can say that in addition to him being a very good doctor, he is funny and very personable. When I called his office with some medical concerns, he talked to me personally and answered my questions. Additionally, at the end of my last visit, I sat in his personal office and talked with him about pledging and attending Howard University. ???? Him!!

Dr. Howell is a great doctor. He delivered my son 20 twenty years ago. I go to him for my yearly check-up. Just found out my daughter is pregnant I am sending her his way. He is very professional, a good listener, has a great sense of humor, and just a great all around doctor. I will recommend him to anyone.

The best in his profession. Knowledgeable and has the ability to listen.work ethics are the best, and his. Genuine corcern for his patient's is wonderful.I have been going to him since 2003. The best!!!
