Dr. Rawan Oneiz, MD

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Oneiz during my stay at Emory Decatur Hospital, where I was a patient for a few days. Dr. Oneiz is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, providing top-notch medical care with a compassionate touch. She consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of her field, which gave me great confidence in the treatment I received.Moreover, Dr. Oneiz's caring nature extended beyond just her patients; she was also incredibly kind and considerate to my family members who visited me. Her ability to blend professionalism with genuine care and kindness truly set her apart.I am grateful for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Oneiz

I saw Dr. Oneiz because my PCP was unavailable. I arrived to my appointment early and she saw me 20 minutes later than scheduled. I did not realize this practice closes 5:00 pm which meant I was her last patient of the day. Initially she presented herself in a pleasant, caring manner. Then towards the end of my scheduled visit with her she stepped out of the exam room to pick up the printed order form for me. When she returned to hand me the order form she had her coat and purse on and was ready to walk out of the door as I still say in the exam room. She proceeded to hand the form say goodbye and walk out leaving me there. I felt as though I was rushed and simply disregarded. It was a very unpleasant end to what otherwise I would consider a fairly positive experience with a new provider.
