Poor Teladoc experience
Doc never actually have diagnosis over the phone, we got that from the post visit in the portal. But the requested excuse note, which was repeated back to us wasn't. When I called in to ask for the note, I was told I need to pay for another visit, in other words pay for the service again (well maybe) for a note.
