Dr. Ravinderjit Singh, MD

My mom went to Dr Singh for over a year. She would at least wait an hour with appointment to be seen, and last straw was when she had to wait two hours with appointment to see the doctor. Just to be told everything looks good and continue same medication. Multiple times complained about having symptoms to be told everything looked good. We changed provider to Kaiser. Less than month later was seen and labs showed her medicine was too high. This medication she had taken for so many months now. It was really frustrating the care they provide for her especially because she is a senior. The doctor continues to accept patients but doesn’t provide proper wait time/scheduling and the patient care is poor.

I haven’t seen the actual doctor in years. I’ve only seen the nurse practitioner and I haven’t received the best care. I’ve been switched between several blood pressure medications with no explanation of side effects and ended up back on the one I started. I’ve experienced an allergic rash and I received better care from a specialist. I’ve voiced concerns about my blood test results and a possible gastrointestinal issue and panic attacks and nothing. I’ve been told nothing about my blood pressure, which is the reason I go to the doctor or about the possible subsequent weight gain from the medication I take, not to mention the fact that diabetes runs in my family. I’ve also had issues with the staff - I almost got in a near argument about my prescription with the appointment scheduler. I’ve been in the waiting room listening to this same employee argue and be rude to another patient over the phone. It’s crazy. I’m in the process of switching doctors. If you’re thinking about it, don’t.

Poor scheduling. Dispute of the appointment have to frequently wait for 60 to 90 mins. Dr Singh is hardly available on the clinic and clinic is mostly covered by nurses and PA. Dr Singh has consistently tried to upswell her multivitamin and products (at out of pocket cost and not covered by insurance) claiming I need it for my over all well-being. Looking for a different Dr for my property care.

Dr. Singh was professional and polite. Her staff were very helpful and courteous. I would go here again.

Dr Ravinderjit Singh at my first appointment was distracted with a billing issue and left the room before telling me anything. I had to go back out and ask if we were done. She had ordered me to do blood work so I did and when i returned to go over the lab results, the NP informed me that my insurance had flagged me for STD screening, which I thought was strange and asked why they would do that because I am not sexually active. They just said my insurance was requesting that I do the screening. I went home and called the insurance and they notified me that this was not something that they do so they contacted the Dr office and were told that because my insurance pays an incentive bonus they had asked me to do the testing. The insurance filed a grievance against them for this and subsequently the Dr refused to see me and abandoned care without ever treating me for what I went to them for and my symptoms have only worsened. I have had to go to the ER and urgent care numerous times since.

This medical office is awesome they get u in when u need to be seen they don't make u wake weeks . The staff and interns are friendly and helpful.

Great service and great staff. Also love the option to come in as a walk-in and Dr. Singh is very nice, also the assistant because they take their time and listen to our problems.

Dr. Singh and her staff is very nice. I am so grateful to have such a doctor who places a great deal of attention on prevention. She is very thorough and takes her time to listen to her patients and has a very friendly bedside manner.

This office has the worst customer patient care/service. The phone will ring 15 times before they answer it, then you are on hold. The waiting room is out of control, and the wait to see the physician is torture. The front office staff do not have any compassion for the patient, or customers. I would hope the Dr. would read this and reevaluate the front office operations,

Though Dr. Singh is very nice and very through. Her office is a wreck! Very unclean, no paper on exam tables, filthy floors, dirty torn furniture and the general smell if the place is bad. These items got worse with each visit. I was new in town and trying to get connected with a new doctor. Well not this one. Wait time is awful. I have never waited less than an hour + for a scheduled appointment.

I really appreciate everything everything she has done for me. She is always concerned about what the patient needs.

Dr Singh started doing Natural Hormone replacement care and it was something that I was in need of being a man I was'nt sure if the Hormone replacement would be the right decision but it has been the best decision I have ever made. Biote has given me back my life.

I have been seeing Dr Singh for a few months now. I started coming here because my mother is her patient for her weight loss. I have now started her weight loss program and am seeing a lot of improvements. Dr Singh is very supportive and easy to talk to.

Dr Singh and her staff are very caring. I have gone in there as a walk- in many times and they always seem to make time for me. Sometimes I have to wait a little bit but it is worth the quality of care I am getting. Way better than Omni Clinic!! :)

I havnt been abel to walk at all,for years ,my legs felt heavy and painful.i would avoid simple things like grocery shopping pushing grandkds on swing cause i couldnt.I never mentioned it cause I thought it was age related , but on my first visit to Dr sighn, she noticed my legs and suggested that i get the Clarivien treatment done. I noticed a 100% turn around.

The Staff is very helpful. My Referrals are always done quickly and I always seem to be in and out in a timely manner.
