My wife was suspected of having a kidney tumor after an ultrasound, and the following day, we sought help from Dr. Ravi Kacker . Despite his busy schedule, he made time to see my wife. He was kind, knowledgeable, and showed great compassion for his patients. Leveraging his network of dedicated professionals, he quickly clarified the diagnosis and referred us to an outstanding surgeon who successfully removed the kidney tumor from my wife. Dr. Kacker is a highly trustworthy physician. I find it challenging to express the depth of gratitude my wife and I feel for him and his medical team.

Dr. Kacker is one of the kindest, most caring, compassionate Doctors that my wife and I have ever encountered. My wife has urological issues related to cancer and was in distress over the long Thanksgiving weekend. Dr. K was covering for my wife's regular Urologist, He took the time to first speak with us on the phone on Thanksgiving to try to resolve the issue. On Saturday, when it was clear that more intervention was needed, Dr. K met us at the ER and compassionately walked us through two options. We chose the first option that required a stent to be put in. Dr. K operated the next day, Sunday. Dr. K went above and beyond anything we could have expected and, in our minds, deserves a GOLD MEDAL. We will forever be grateful!!! Thank you Dr. K!!!

I liked Dr.Kakkar.He explained everything to me.Very intelligent..Reduced My medical bill as I could not afford even after my insurance.Cystoscopy was done to me..Had A little tough time..But he handled very gently to me.

Dr. Ravi Kacker was my surgeon at Metrowest Urology performing cystoscopy on my prostate. He did a very bad job. I felt horrible during a month after the procedure – pain, inflammation and being unable to urinate normally made my life completely miserable. I went to Emergency Room 5 times! And the entire month I was wearing the catheter even though it should normally be taken off in a few days after the surgery. Dr. Kacker refused to admit that something went wrong with my procedure.
