Dr. Ravi Galhotra, MD

The front desk staff are the rudest “professionals” I’ve ever encountered. They have been trained to treat every patient as a medical claim only. Need refills? Good luck. There’s a 50/50 chance that they will do it on your first request. Most times it’s 2 or 3 phone calls to get it done. Ran out of medication? They don’t care. Your health is a secondary thought to billing your insurance. And now they are requiring an appointment with full co-pay every single time you need a refill or they will not fill it. What they WILL do for you is push a telemedicine call on you, in which the doctor will spend a total of 28 seconds speaking with you, and then bill your insurance company as if you had an actual in office consultation. The front desk staff has been instructed to not allow anyone to even speak with a doctor on the phone unless you make a billable appointment. Do people have good experiences here? Maybe. But soon enough your luck will run out unfortunately. *these are my opinions.

I'm patient for Doctor Ravi Galhotra about over 10 years, he is doing very excellent outstanding service also staffs are very friendly. Even I don't have appointment still he check for me. I'm giving 5 stars to him.

Very caring, knowledgable doctor. Always available for me when I needed him. Only one who paid attention to me and my symptoms when he diagnosed me with RA. I highly recommend him.
