Excellent first visit. All staff are positive and want to have you comfortable. Dr. Berger thorough in explanation on condition and solutiond. A caring doctor.

Had to leave work on Friday, eye emergency. I went straight over to Dr. Berger‘s office and they took me in. Very grateful for the wonderful staff and Dr. Berger.

Dr Berger literally saved my life by catching a life threatening condition that no one was aware of and then assured that I was being properly cared for by calling my PC Dr and ALSO calling me at home to check on me!

Dr. Berger is a very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, practical, professional and simply wonderful physician. His staff is extremely compassionate and clearly experienced in all that they do. The entire office space is exceptionally clean and organized. I continue to feel safe and confident while under the care of Dr. Berger and his staff. A++++!!!

The physical appearance, inside and out is clean, very organize and pleasing to the eye. The most important thing to me is the service that we always receive from the staff and the doctor. I met him about 12 years ago and I love his personality. He is so detailed in his explanation and makes it plain so you can understand it. He did both of my cataract surgeries. He has provided excellent care for my husband and I and I recommended him to my friend for her surgeries. We drive from Cleveland Heights to Middleburg Heights for his service. Thank you to Dr. Berger and staff.

Dr. Berger is always friendly and helpful. He takes time to answer all my questions. I have to see him every 3 months and he is one doctor I don’t mind going to see!

The staff is very kind and friendly. Dr. Berger is a wonderful doctor and actually takes the time to explain things.

We went in to see the doctor and saw him maybe for two minutes, but were there an hour and a half. The entire time we felt rushed, and he seemed to mock our questions. We left with more questions than when we came in. His feet were out the door as we were still talking to him and he didn’t introduce himself or the girl in the room with him. The girl at the front desk never said hello and only said ‘that’ll be $20’ . The only nice person was the technician in the room with us. We left and went straight to a different doctor who took care of us in Strongsville and we didn’t feel like an inconvenience to him. Should also note- We went in for an injury and he looked at it for maybe 30 seconds.

Dr. Berger is great, explains wonderfully, without talking down to you. This was an emergency visit for which I needed to go to an additional specialist, his staff set the appointment up for me. Thank you very much for a wonderful visit.

Amazing doctor! The friendly staff and the office is tastefully decorated with lots of refreshments. I arrived for my second annual eye exam a bit early, after updating my medical information proceeded to one of the exam rooms to get my eyes dilated. Since I have age related eye problems, Dr. Berger gave me a thorough eye exam. After the examination, he took the time to explain in simple terms, his findings and what I could expect from my vision. Overall, Dr, Berger has a nice personality.

I give Dr. Berger the highest grade if 5. He takes his time with you and answers all your questions throughly. He removed both of my cataracts. I felt comfortable in surgery with him. He has a nice disposition too. Excellent staff and doctor.

Dr. Berger took over for my original eye Dr. He is a very good Dr., he cares about his patients and is very patient. His staff is the best. Dr. Berger got rid of my cataracts and was so very gentle with me. If you're looking for a great Dr., he is the "one". I can't say enough good about how much he has helped me.

I made appointment for blurred vision. I was advised that I needed cataract surgery. I was very anxious to find out that I needed surgery. Dr Berger was very reassuring and the outcome was amazing. Staff was very comforting.
