I have been a patient of dr Masvidal for over 30 years. I have been trying to get an appointment with him for 2 weeks now to no avail. First the number listed for his office tells you to call within business hours to make an appointment. You get this message no matter at what time you call. I happen to live nearby so I decided to stop by the office where the receptionist gave me a new number to call for appointments. I have been calling this new number for a week and they just put you on hold and never answer. I guess its time to get a new doctor where they actually answer the phone.

I love Dr. Masvidal…very professional, courteous, never in a hurry to be done with you, and something very rare in his profession….caring….but…it takes me months to get an appointment….several times I am placed on hold and then disconnected…once you are in the office the staff is nice…is just making the appointment is horrendous…

He is a wonderful Eye Doctor. I do have few eye problems and he treats me with great respect, courteous and explain in details everything that is going on with my eye health. Never in a hurry to finish. I am surprised to read negative things about his office. Everywhere you go you need to wait. I do not think that waiting from your appointment time & leaving the office less than 2 hrs. is excessive. I go to see this doctor every month and I get a 3:30 appointment and I am out of there by five

Best eye doctor !! He doesn't overbook, he is willing to help his established patients when they have an emergency or an eye problem that need his immediate attention..

Waiting full of people to be called to go into another waiting room. The population is elderly and to have elderly people wait this long is criminal. Shame on the doctors that overbook. Not to mention the staff do not speak English and are not nice if you ask for someone who speaks English. I am very surprised my moms physician uses this doctor for his network.... No freaking other choice.... I think with this experience we r pretty much done with her PCP and will look for another doctor.

Every time that i go to his office he take care me and explain by detail what he is going to do or what he is planning to do. He is courteous, knowledgable and patient I recommend him to any one who needs a good eye doctor. I particular love to go to his office. Plus the attention is great
