Disrespectful
Dr. Goodkin was disrespectful and careless during my exam. She opened the door wide in response to a knock while I was undressed, and when I expressed my embarrassment she waived it off without apologizing. And then rushed the exam and reported examining body parts that she could ny have seen, such as my scalp.

Disappointed with her service!
Visits are very quick and very impersonal.

DIY Doc
Had a nail avulsion where 75% of my nail was lifting from my nail bed. Was referred to her to remove the damaged nail to prevent it from ripping off or advise otherwise. She told me to go home and cut it myself. I said I don’t have the tools. She suggested having a family member cut it for me. I asked her to do it. She said she didn’t know how. Eventually she brought scissors and asked me to do it with my left, non dominant hand. Why the avoidance? Harvard educated doc can’t cut a nail? Such bad patient care. Don’t recommend at all, she might tell you to remove your mole yourself.

I found the office management messy and disappointing. The wait was 50 minutes, communication with the doctor was rushed, follow-up calls not answered. In the course of 3 appointments (most of them not necessary), there was an air of neglect - forgotten instructions, pharmacy's calls not answered, normal biopsy results not reported, Ten years ago this was a different practice. I had a strong feeling that the staff cares about making money, not treating patients. Changing doctors.
