How do you let post op spinal patients wait 2 hours in the waiting room? Staff said he had 80 patients scheduled today!!! Ridiculous

My appointment was at 10a, the receptionist was very distracted, couldn't find my name. I arrived at 9:45 per their instructions. At 11:15 I asked if I was going to be seen that day. Receptionist came out and announced Dr. Abiola was running behind because of his own injuries. I was taken back to the exam room around 11:45. Dr. Abiola did not come into my room until around 12:15, he never physically assessed me, rushed through my NON-exam. I have a fracture in my L1 vertebrae and was in extreme pain. He prescribed three medicines and stated he sent these to the pharmacy. He was to provide a note for my employer as well. I went to the front desk to make future appointment and they couldn't find the letter for my employer.... There was no letter and when I arrived to the pharmacy - NO MEDICINE. I had to call the next day, put on hold for over 20 minutes. I did receive a call back from the Office Manager who apologized but I am going to a new doctor.
