Yes, he's personable and friendly but underneath he's arrogant and sloppy. I went because I had a pain in my knee. Without taking any xrays he gave me an injection in the joint and said I would feel better in about 48 hours. For the next few days I was in agonizing pain. I called the office (3x) to tell them but no one called me back. Since my follow-up appt. was a few days later I went back (which is not easy when you can barely walk) to see what was going on and he said he should have given the injection directly into the nerve. And without hesitation he stated YET AGAIN that in about 48 hours I would be without pain. I joked that he had told me the exact same thing previously and he said that no, this time it would work. And again the pain was awful and never went away. Even worse, when I telephoned him about this he tried to gaslight me, saying this shot usually works for everyone and I should have been better by now. A future MRI showed that injections were pointless.

I'm so glad I found Dr. RALPHAEL JARAMILLO... I went to the office suffer chronic pain tendonitis... He gave me nerve block injection...He is very compassionate, caring, helpful & excellent dr that I know... Thank you for your patient ..I would highly recommend him who those suffering pain....
