She always answers my questions and concerns, and does her best to find the best treatments for me.

I was referred to Dr. Pallavi after getting blood clots from a surgical procedure. She did not seem knowledgeable about my treatment, she wouldn't listen to me or what I wanted and she did not explain things to me. She did not care about finding out why I got the clots, she only wanted to keep me on the blood thinners for the rest of my life. She added diagnosis into my file for conditions I didn't have, but supported expensive unneeded equipment that wouldn't help me. When I asked questions about my condition based on what other doctors told me she refused to respond to me or return calls to answer my questions. She is not familiar with current treatment or research and she is not willing to listen to you either.

I was referred for anemia, but was given a diagnosis of liver disease that was purely fictional. All of my lab tests related to liver function were normal. She claimed my spleen was enlarged even though my PCP had already checked this out and said no. Dr. Pallavi had her own ideas about my case and wouldn't listen to what I said. She invented things to support what she thought and tried to strong arm me into accepting them. She tried to scare me that I was going to die tomorrow. I asked her if I could have hemolytic anemia, but she dismissed this without giving me a reason why. In summary, I did not trust her judgment.
