Her New Name is Dr. Rani Nair
She is not a thorough doctor when it comes to thyroid diagnosis. I can tell from looking at my own blood work, that it 'screams' central hypothyroidism. Low TSH, combined with low T4 and low T3 are the 'Hallmark symptoms' of central hypothyroidism' and, or 'secondary hypothyroidism'. CeH is not treated in the same way as primary hypothyroidism, in that you must not use TSH to guide the dosage of thyroid hormone. I have been researching this for almost a decade, and I am certain in my own diagnosis. In addition, I have found out that antipsychotic medications are consistent in inducing CeH. Other antidepressants can also cause CeH. Why doctors do not even consider that medications can cause this, I am aghast, when there are several medical papers which note this. Patients, do your own research, and don't settle for less when it comes to your health. In another line of research I found, low levels of free T3 is indicated in 'all cause mortality'.

Dr. Radhamma is clearly a well informed and empathetic doctor. Her other reviews say she really cares, and that is the feeling I got, along with some very concrete answers. I need to remove sources of iodine from my diet, as I had a low tsh, but I learned that iodine is gone within a week of stopping it, excreted by the kidneys. She turned a major worry of mine into an opportunity for teaching as she relieved my anxiety about taking too much of it. She is very skillful at answering questions

Support staff was always great. Dr Rani treats from a clipboard, does not listen to her patient. She dismisses symptoms and does not take what her patient says into account when deciding on a treatment plan.

Dr. Rani is always interested in what I have to say about how I''ve been feeling and you can tell that she is honestly listening and then talks with me about the changes we can make. Just a fantastic doctor and I feel so blessed to be one of her patients!
