I took my daughter to Medical City Dallas as her Urologist referred her to the ER for diagnostic testing and an Infectious Disease consultation for a recurrent resistant infection. She did not speak to the Urologist , examine or even speak to my daughter. She spoke with the ER doctor according to the nurse and prescribed nothing nor gave any follow up instructions. We were left to reach out to the Urologist after 6 hrs in the ER to come up with an alternative plan and hope her condition didn’t worsen overnight . She deserves an F for no effort or caring about a delicate patient .

Kind and compassionate

During hospitalization for septicemia, she consulted on my case. She engendered genuine trust by her explanations, bedside manner, follow-up, and continuing care.

Dr Arora is very smart and treats her patients Cautiously and confidently. Her clinical knowledge is very impressive and she helped coordinate with other specialists on our case. She is a strong advocate for her patients. My husband and I are forever grateful

She discharged my husband when he had fever just the day before. Less than 24 hrs later he got into aseptic shock at home. To me this was very irresponsible.

Dr Arora explained in detail my treatment and why it was necessary She also explained why it was important to follow the treatment plan she developed specifically for me. Dr Arora has a level of confidence that gave myself and my family great comfort and resulted in me being completely infection free.

We have a family member in ICU under her care as well as many other specialist. She explained what she was doing to treat our family memers condition and prognosis. She made sure we didn't have any questions before leaving.
