Mixed Review
Before I moved back to Atlanta at the time I lived with family within the Fayetteville area. I had a primary care doctor who recommended me to him. He's smart, an ok doctor wasn't my first choice considering based off the negative reviews outnumbering the positive reviews I can just tell you alot of things I found not professional. He's busy I got that but when important information has to be provided he's not on time person. Prior authorization is requested on 12/31 dude waited until 2 weeks to fill out the prior authorization. The nurse really doesn't do a thing she has an assistant who does more work than she did whenever you would see she was smoking and spent more time talking rather then doing her job. Best advice is find a more seasonal professional legit doctor not some quack in white who isn't worth the time or money and isn't associated with a hospital but owns his own practice

Lovely visit.
He has a smaller practice that offers routine EEG, muscle conduction studies, and thorough neurological evaluation regarding a number of conditions including headaches, strokes, movement disorders, memory problems, brain masses, and seizures among others. Wait times are reasonable and I am always impressed by how cordial, accommodating, and kind the staff is. Dr. Ram often hosts students and residents from Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and Campbell making for a pleasant and comprehensive visit, where I often get to learn more about my care and feel that Dr. Ram is an expert in his field. I leave feeling my questions, concerns, and preferences for care are met.

I have been going to dr. Ramachandran for a number of years now. He is an excellent diagnostician and as a medical person retired after 35 years I respect his opinion. He listens to me and answers my questions. He does a thorough medical examination at each visit and discusses options and treatment. I enjoy the fact that he does not waste time and I do enjoy his no nonsense attitude. I would and do recommend him to others
