The staff at the villa rica location is extremely rude and have no compassion for patients, they put signs up that say speak nicely to staff but do not care for patients, this is a mental health facility and they should treats patients with empathy and compassion, every time i have been give medication it is never sent and they give extremely rude remarks when i ask them about it. Would not recommend this practice.

New patient to Dr Warner. Was interviewed by nurse practitioner and prescribed meds. The nurse practitioner was adamant that I get on the prescribed medications by end of day. It has been 5 days now and still no prescriptions ordered or available for pick up. Don’t trust Dr Warner’s team or staff to take your illness serious. I see that i have to check a box below stating i have been treated by this doctor. I assure you that I have yet to see this doctor.

Charged with $90 No Show Fee. I have proof I was where I was told to be from last email Sunday 4/10. (Prior to this last email I was going the office) Emailed said I was to have a Telemedicine appt w/Dr.Warner. I logged on at 9:40-appointment at 10. At 10:14 (still waiting for Dr Warner in the Telemedicine) I received a message from Armeshia Lawrence with a link. I message to her I was waiting in the Telemed. I waited for response-at 10:26 I called the office to find out what was going on. I was told I needed to click on the link. I click on the link- Nurse Lawrence could not hear me - I could hear her. She told me she was disconnecting. I call back never saw her or heard her. I could see that I was in the waiting area and she was on a call. Nurse Lawrence told me later she couldn't see me or hear me. I called back to the office - I was told that the connection issues where on my end -that I would be charged a $90 No Show Fee ? I've been a patient for 4 1/2 years Never No Show or Late

Run far away!
Please save yourself the time and trouble and do NOT go to this place for mental health care! They lack compassion and will treat you like someone on probation who committed a crime. They take zero interest in your personal situation and what you may be going through. They will look down on you for being mentally ill and treat you without respect. You will walk out of there feeling less like a human being and lose faith in human kindness and lose faith that anyone will ever treat you with respect ever again. You will walk out of there wondering why people take on jobs like this if they don’t have what it takes to treat someone with compassion, understanding, and gentle, loving kindness. I don’t care how many positive reviews they may have or don’t have; this review is the only one you need. I just walked out of there in tears with my heart heavy and my head down. No one should ever have to feel that way EVER

Was scheduled on January 7, I received a follow up call for a reminder. It stated you have a appointment on January 7th at 7:30 am. I called and spoke to a lady name Stephanie, she stated that was correct and that someone would be there. Upon arriving no cars, office lights where off . I tried opening the door it was locked,I knocked. No answer. I called the clinic number again and spoke to Stephanie again, she told me to wait there. At 8:00 the front desk clerk arrived.I told her I had appointment at 7:30 I showed her the voicemail. She apologized and told me my appointment was at 10:30. Due to me being there and the wrong information . They went on ahead a seen me. The lady with the accent, told me that there was nothing else they can do me. I suffer from severe panic disorder. It disables me of being out in the public,I feel overwhelmed,I feel like I’m gonna have a heart attack. Today January 18,I received a notice that Dr. Warner will no longer provide treatment for me. Sad !!

First the office staff was very rude and unprofessional. Then in the room with the doctor he seemed more concerned about his phone and what was going on with his family versus listening to our concerns with my daughter. Then after expressing what happened with his office staff, he calls up to the front and starts yelling at them in front of us. They also made an appointment for my daughter without telling me and when we don’t show up get charged for a no show fee for an appointment I did not even make. Would not recommend this place at all! I also have not received back the co pay they made me pay but my insurance has a $0 co pay

I wonder sometime if this man is even human. He's on another level but yet he's still really cool and down to earth. Probably the coolest doctor I've ever met..no...I'm pretty sure he's the coolest i have met and besides the serious stuff he's funny and I always look forward to going to see him.We went through a long visit on my first visit. I've seen probably too many psychiatrists to count as far as I can remember..maybe 6 or so years old. He's the first psychiatrist that seemed like a normal person but he was able to fix the mess I was in and did it in just a few visits. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner. Dr. Warner is incredible and is like super duper smart and even though it seems like other doctors had given up hope..I felt like I was going to finally going to get straightened out by my second visit with him and now I feel great!! Better than I can ever remember. My bipolar is under control and I feel like I can now keep a job. I don't I ever had ADD at all.

My first appointment with Dr. Warner was about six months ago and I've seen him about 4 times. I've never ever had a doctor to sit down with me like a real person and just talked to me one on one and man to man like that. He seemed to really want to know what was going on and I left my first visit feeling like there was some hope for me after all. Sure enough after being on all sorts of medication and being apparently misdiagnosed with regular depression and Dr. Warner figured out that I actually have a touch of bipolar and that the treatment was different, I felt better after the first 2 visits a few weeks apart. I feel like a totally different man now and haven't felt this well in I don't know when.

Dr. Warner is the best!!! I had TMS treatment and he explained everything from the start and I felt better after the first week. It's the best decision I've ever made in going to see Dr. Warner after years of all sorts of medications and feeling not much better. Dr. Warner was pleasant and seemed that he genuinely cared about my condition and all I felt was a slight headache for a day or so with the tapping from the TMS machine. By the end of treatment I felt like better than I've ever felt. I guess I've been depressed all my life or don't remember not feeling depressed. I highly recommend him to all my friends, family members and anyone who has suffered from depression for years like myself. I can't see enough and can't even explain how much better I feel and how clear my thinking is and all my friends,co-workers and family members notice the difference in me!!

Dr. Warner really really knows his stuff. He has had some staff issues over the years but as a supervisor myself..good help is hard to find. If you want to be coddled or sugar coated he is not the doctor for you. If you want to be diagnosed correctly and get to feeling like your old self then he is the one. I recommend all my friends, family, co-workers to see him and their kids.

Thank you Dr. Warner for helping me and knowing that no matter one’s employment or career status, we too need people like you to listen and provide the best treatment possible. Average wait time on this site says 10-15 min... I've been in this waiting room for 2 hours and counting. This has happened more than once. If I didn't love Julie the NP, there's no chance I'd put up with this.

Dr Warner was the only psychologist to diagnosis and treat my illness with out throwing random pills at me. He is kind and real and fun to talk with and makes it to where it is the only appointment I look forward to going to. I have referred My family and friends to him and I will recommend him to anyone who is in need of his services.

I left a pervious very positive review and not a lot has changed I like dr Warner but they could definitely improve on the wait time when you call the office. Staff is a bit scattered at times. The dr. Jumps on his staff in front of patients! He definitely needs to work on how he treats his staff! Also the fee for missed appts! I called and canceled an appt and the mAin office lady I can’t remember her name but she’s the one I spoke with to cancel it then I get a bill for a missed appt !!!

Dr. Warner is the very best hands down. There really is no comparison in my opinion. Psychiatric care in this area is really not that good. I had seen several psychiatrists in the area and had 1 to 2 hour waits and wasn't getting any better or didn't seem like they really either cared or knew what they were doing. I've been seeing Dr. Warner for several years now and no looking back and I've not been hospitalized since. Seems like before I was in and out of the hospital every 6 months or so.

It has been a tremendous experience having had Dr. Warner these last 4 years and I'll miss him as we are going to have to find another doctor with my husband finding a new job. Dr. Warner is the best I've had over the last 10 or so years since I've dealt with a lot of sadness, grief and depression. And not to forget the terrible panic attacks. I haven't had a panic attack in years now and i'm not depressed anymore and I'm moving on. I will surely miss him and hope to find another good doctor.

I'm a combat veteran suffering from PTSD. It helps that Dr. Warner is also a veteran as we connected right away. I've seen him for a few months and he prescribed me something totally unexpected for high blood pressure that has helped my nightmares and I'm finally getting some sleep. I don't have as many flashbacks and I'm not as depressed and constantly on edge and ready to go off on someone. It's good that I found Dr. Warner through calling Tricare and getting in touch with Dr. Warner's office.

These have been some of the best years I can remember in a long time. I haven't had a panic attack in over a year and I was suffering with them daily. No more trips in the middle of the night to the ED and no more worrying about having another panic attack. Dr. Warner has always been just a phone call away and he has an after hours answering service and my last doctor didn't have that. I typically don't have to call but it's good to know that he can be reached if need be. It's been 2 good years.
