My experience with Dr. Miller and his amazingly attentive nurse. Undergoing a rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Miller to improve my obstructive airway was an experience that exceeded my expectations. Not only did he take the time to understand my concerns, but he also meticulously explained every step of the process, from pre-surgery to recovery. The outcome of the surgery was phenomenal, improving not only my obstructive airway but also my daily workouts, alertness, and sleep quality. The healing process was smooth and hassle free, with no unexpected surprises. Moreover, my nose looks natural, enhancing my overall appearance. Dr Miller performed a septoplasty and rhinoplasty for my deviated septum in November 2017. The impetus for this surgery was repeated sinus infections and chronic headaches. Since the surgery was completed, I have not has a sinus infection nor chronic headaches. An unexpected result of the surgery was the elimination of sleep apnea. A condition that I only became aware of after I had recovered from the septoplasty. surgery I no longer felt fatigued throughout the day and I no longer needed afternoon naps. Dr. Miller, his staff and the hospital were all excellent to work with. I have since referred several of my friends to the doctor.

There is a plethora of plastic surgeons in Miami. It is not enough for them to have passed the boards and become certified the doctor you pick must bean artist to add to his credentials, this is a rare commodity. Such a doctor is Randy Miller. who gave me a face lift 20 years ago and made my life a joy, Now he has given me a mini face lift to defy gravity eradicating jowls and giving me the neck of a young girl..Once more Doctor Miller has worked his magic without making me look like an old lady with a face lift! He has made sure that my mouth does not look distorted as in so much bad work. Dr. Randy Miller…I could write a book about how fabulous this man is. He is a genius, he is caring, he is meticulous and one of..if only the BEST plastic surgeon in the world. I fell on my face straight down on concrete. My nose was crooked and bleeding my mouth was bleeding and I couldn’t breathe through my mouth. Aventura Hospital evaluated me and recommended Dr. Miller. I bless Aventura Hospital and the wonderful treatment there every day . The fall occurred January 13. I am writing this on April 13. Dr. Miller has seen me every Wednesday since my first visit. He assured me from day one that I had nothing to worry about even though I am 83 years old and I am breathing better than ever and my nose is straight. Dr. Miller is a miracle worker and his staff and follow up is absolutely fabulous.

I was recommended to visit Dr. Miller after deviating my septum. Not only was my septum straightened out but I also had a rhinoplasty. Dr. Miller was very sweet and patient while I asked several questions. He made sure I felt relaxed and calm before and during my procedure. I absolutely LOVE my results. Awesome visit and results . Prior to visiting Dr. Miller’s office I had fat transfer performed that failed. After the swelling was over the fat was gone. I was discouraged but the University of Miami physicians referral department put me in touch with Dr. Miller’s office and the results were awesome!!!!!!! Dr. Miller preformed a fat transfer procedure to help correct the hollow look on the left side of my face that occurred from a previous surgery. The results of the procedure turn out great. I’m approaching 4 months out from the procedure and fat is still in place.

I was referred to Dr.Miller by Dr. Zaydon, and the two of them worked on nose to help fix the bump and the deviated septum I had gotten from a couple accidents. I absolutely love my results. My nose looks like the nose I was always supposed to have. I get a lot of compliments on it! They listened to everything I wanted, and answered every question I had. Dr.Miller is really easy to talk to and his staff makes you feel really comfortable. My healing process has been a breeze, which can only mean he really knows what he's doing. Dr.Miller is a truly a master at his craft. I had a septum deviation so severe to the point the first couple of surgeons I visited declined to pursue a surgery with me. Then I came across Dr.Miller. He was very honest and open in our initial consultation. He informed me and explained step by Steph the surgical process and what it would entail, reassuring my safety and results and made me feel prepared. The surgery was scheduled a mere month after the first meeting and the procedure was executed perfectly. The difference in my breathing is night and day... he literally changed my life for the better. The difference in my facial profile is also stunning. Dr. Randy Miller is an exceptional human being who is also an artist in his chosen field. He spent a great deal of time with me and answered all of my questions regarding breast implants so I felt very comfortable going into the surgery. Dr. Miller understood exactly what I wanted to accomplish. I not only had a beautiful result but best of all my surgery was PAINLESS, something I never would have expected. I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I also had liposuction in order to deal with the problem of one hip being higher than the other. Dr. Miller artfully employed liposuction to give me a much more symmetrical look. It was very successful and I was delighted to see a significant improvement in my appearance. I had a wonderful experience with the care Dr. Miller provided my son. My son got his nose fractured playing basketball with his dad. His nose was on the other side of his face. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Miller. Himself and his assistant Tiffany are absolutely amazing and make you feel like home, someone you can trust. I was really nervous at the beginning but after meeting with him before the surgery, I already knew everything was going to be a success. Over a year ago I had a accident at work walking down the steps and broke my nose, so I had a deviated septum. Due to my accident I was having so much trouble breathing and of course my nose didn’t look straight and wasn’t happy. So Dr. Miller did a nasal reconstruction and removed the little bump I had and made my nose smoother. I feel so good, now I can breathe, I can sleep better and my nose looks great. I had no pain just mild headaches right after surgery but pain medication wasn’t necessary after. Tiffany would call me everyday during recovery and ask how I would feel. Dr. Miller had excellent bedside manners and took its time to explain to me my options and the procedure he recommended for my case. Cynthia, his assistant, was great walking me through the admin procedures, the preparation for the surgery, and was always very kind and patient during my recovery. Six months after the surgery, I had a sleep study done to see if my sleep apnea had improved, and the results were astonishing. I went from 25 apneas per hour (before the surgery) to only 4 (after the surgery). With these results, I could finally say goodbye to my CPAP machine. A few weeks later, I had my annual cardiologic check-up, and my blood pressure had decreased to normal levels for the first time in ten years. In consequence, my cardiologist recommended to me to stop taking my medicine if my blood pressure kept decreasing. Having this surgery has been one of the best decisions of my life. It improved my appearance and overall health. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Miller.

Ive always had breathing problems due to my deviated septum which was exacerbated when i broke my nose. Additionally Ive always had a hump on my nose so I decided to have a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Miller. He is a kind, caring, attentive, and experienced doctor and I am 100% satisfied with the results. My breathing has dramatically improved and my nose came out looking just the way I wanted. I was introduced to Dr. Miller when I visited Mercy hospital's emergency room due to facial lacerations from a fall where I landed on a glass. My lip had to be stitched up in several areas and also one small stitch on my cheek. I thought my face would be disfigured for life.
