Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr. Gardell is everything any physician should strive to be. He listens carefully but it is also very thorough in explaining your condition (I think this, but more likely it is that!) Love his staff- create a very relaxed but professional atmosphere.

Doctor is friendly and very good at what he does. he has been treating me migraines for a few years. Office staff is one of the worst I have ever experienced. They are not friendly, they avoid helping people at all cost. This last time I saw the doctor 3/12 Megan took until 3/21 to contact my insurance company for pre authorization knowing my headaches were getting bad. Of course now the insurance will take an additional 15 days.

Dr. Gardell has treated my Pseudotumor Cerebri and Migranes for several years with continued success of minimal symptoms overall. He and his staff have been very pleasant, helpful and flexible with me! I never have to wait for my appointment longer than 5 minutes! I would definately recommend him to anyone in need.

Dr. Gardell is horrible as a doctor. He would ask me a question but then wouldn't give me time to answer it. Why, I don't know. Then He would ask me to walk just in the room but there was never enough room to walk. Then he would give me any medicine that I didn't really need. He knew how bad my back was but even though I was hurting, I never went in asking for pain medicine. I knew he would give me pain medicine anyway. He isn't the best in Waco, but maybe if you need pain medicine, I pick.

I would.like to say his office staff ecspecially the one that answers the phone is so rude and she even called Providence ER doctors stupid that they don't run their office and you can't just call and make an appointment. We were instructed to call Dr Gardell office after the ER doctor personally spoke with Dr gardell on the phone while still in the ER and Dr gardell gave his word that things would be taken care of. I would NOT recommend this office.EVER I give it no stars!

I have been a patient with Dr. Gardell since 1998. He listens to what I have to say and is very compassionate about the care that he has given me for my migraines and epilepsy.
