Amazingly intelligent about medicine
Dr Grinsell diagnoses and treats our family illnesses with an amazing knowledge of the human body and medicine. If a referral to a specialist is needed, Dr Grinsell selects her pick of specialists who take our insurance. She always takes the time to diagnose and discuss our concerns, listens carefully, and does not rush our appointments. We feel extremely fortunate to have Dr Grinsell as our primary physician.

Dr Grinsell is the most sympathetic and caring primary I’ve ever had. Justifications to insurance companies are completed quickly. Treatments and follow ups are spot on. I will be following her to her new practice.

My wife and I have been with Dr Grinsell for more than 14 years and are very happy with her service, qualifications and attitude for the patients. Would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a primary physician.

I made a new patient appointment with Dr. Grinsell. The day of the appointment I received a call from her office stating that she reviewed my chart and she didn't take patients who took "those" medications. I was confused and said so. Then they said she didn't take "transfer" patients. I said I was a new patient. I'm appalled that they would weed out patients based on old information (a sleeping medication and an anxiety med that I don't take anymore) ... even if I did so what??

I would NOT recommend this Dr at all!!! Her attitude and utter lack of respect for a patients privacy as well as her medical assistant Nikki were the worst experience I have ever encountered with a physician. Arrogant and rude don't begin to describe the bad experience I had. I have filed a complaint with the office manager at St Mary's Group as well. My HEPA rights too were violated.... Still waiting for an apology from the medical group director and what actions will be taken.

Dr. Grinsell has been my primary doctor for 5 years. She set up cancer treatments and did an amazing follow up on everything my health needs and has continued to do so since.
