Dr Paul needs to retire
Dr Paul has been at Mercy Allen Oberlin for 20 years. And every time I have been there, he has been awful. He barely speaks English, has zero people skills, and doesn’t care if your arm is hanging by a thread-he does not believe in pain relief. They have tried to hide him away by having PA go into rooms instead, but he is still there holding court.

Would give no stars if I could
Incredibly unknowledgeable. Mercy has to have some of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen

I would give no stars if I could. Spoke to me very rude, did absolutely nothing for me, prescribed me medication I didn’t even need or use, and was told to follow up with a general doctor. Left with no answers and a bill of almost $2000.

Saw my 17 year old son in the ER at Mercy Oberlin. Son had a fever, with bad sore throat and terrible ear pain. Doctor spent approximately 12 seconds, glanced in one ear, prescribed ear drops and sent us on our way. Horrible. Two days later, he was treated at Cleveland Clinic for strep, inner ear infection and possible mono. He never even looked in his throat!
