I had a great experience with Dr. Smith and his team during my recent colonoscopy. The process was efficient and well-organized, and I was in and out quickly. The staff had excellent bedside manner and were very kind and caring throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith for anyone in need of a colonoscopy or other gastroenterological services. Overall, a very professional and positive experience

Had Colonoscopy following a positive Cologard test. Dr. Smith and staff very efficient and professional. Dr. Smith provided detailed summary post-procedure. I really wish I had skipped the Cologard test and done the Colonoscopy in the first place.

Dr. Smith was professional, more importantly to me he was pleasant. He answered my questions. I did not feel rushed during my visit. I am forever grateful for his staff and him.

I had no issue with Dr. Smith and staff. I thought they were professional and friendly and I thought Dr. Smith had great bedside manner. It's now time for another check-up and due to a job/insurance change, I regret that I have to look for another doctor.

Dr. Smith is a competent doctor and he answered all of the questions I had. He has a phenomenal nurse who is very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Dr. Smith.

I have seen him twice and both times I have waited over 2 hours in waiting room. I was told I had to wait for next appointment (in a month) to get test results. I'm not impressed with the 5 minutes in his office for a 2 hour wait. I am looking for another gastroenterologist now.

Not professional. Dr Smith and his nurse avoid speaking with patients. The concern is for the dollar and not the patient. I wouldn’t recommend you take your pet there, let alone yourself.

On his way to the MEM airport with his wife, Dr. Smith postponed his vacation plans to return to the hospital and quite literally save my life from a life-threatening colorectal bleed. Follow-up care from Dr. Smith, his partners and staff has been nothing short of terrific. 5 stars isn't enough for what this man did.

I have been to doc smith more than once and while his bedside manner is wonderful i have doubt about his skill because he doesnt answer questions and he still has yet to rectify my issue and ive been in pain for 3 months and have lost 50 lbs and still losing but noone seems to care. Just hemmoroids they say, this cream that cream. No change and no new appt. What now doc??

I would never recommend this GI doctor to others. Very poor bedside manners and he and his staff are very horrible in following up after any procedure.

I would never recommend this GI specialist. While his bedside manner, once you see him, is very laid back and could be taken as relaxed, so too is his staff with their means in following up with you. It worse than pulling your own teeth to get a hold of this staff to get prescriptions, readings/results from scans, or any other important information. You throw thousands of dollars down the drain to try and figure out the cause of the illness, but the staff never calls with results. Awful pt care.

He has a wonderful bed side manner.
