A bit wacky
I have a complicated medical history. **The doctor stated that type II diabetes is not real**I have worked to lose weight and have maintained a 200 pound weight loss for 17 years. In the last year, I’ve gained 30 pounds. The doc told me 1) not to eat fast food or processed food (I don’t eat either)He told me that I need to work out 60-90 min a day to startAnd he said I need to find Jesus.Additionally, he told me that I need to have direction in my life and can’t just “float with no direction.”I am working on a doctorate degree and have a masters and bachelors. I am 30 pounds overweight and tattooed. This was my first appointment and he did not ask me a single question about my medical history. He did not listen or help me AT ALL.
