I went to Dr. Ross to have a hernia repaired. on follow up visit, I still had pain. He told me to let it heal. A month and 1/2 later, my guts squirted out of my abdomen.Used a rolled up sock and back brace to keep my guts in. Went back to Dr. Ross and he laughed about it, stating I must have missed a spot. Scheduled second surgery with Dr. Ross. Follow up visit, told him i was experiencing testicular pain and pain in navel .Gave me 8 injections, still have umbilical hernia.Bad butcher job!!

Dr. Ross is a competent surgeon, but his bedside manner is lousy and his communications and that of his office staff are horrible. My wife had a lumpectomy, and neither the doctor or his office EVER called with lab results. On our followup visit, my wife was told they'd have to go in again, and to do it right away. Calling first thing the next morning, we were told they could schedule her 3 weeks down the road! We've been awaiting yet another call and have heard nothing... Lousy communicators..
