Dr. Randall Riggs, MD

Although this was my first time seeing a psychiatrist, Dr. Riggs and his staff helped me feel at home and relaxed. His office is comfortable and quiet. He really listened to me, and asked some questions that helped me see some important things about my problems. He was down to earth and it felt like we were on the same team, exploring my problems. He is thorough in his evaluation, and doesn't jump to conclusions. He explained his reasons for considering my diagnosis, but is waiting until we have all the information to decide. He likes to educate his patients, so I felt that my questions were welcome.

I called this office in the midst of crisis, and they did a fantastic job getting me in as soon as possible. Once I arrived the front office was very caring and gentle. In addition, Dr. Riggs truly listened to my issues and was on top of a diagnosis and tx plan. I appreciate everything Dr. Riggs and his staff do, and I encourage anyone seeking help to try him out.

Kind sincere caring about the individual not just the"patient" Very knowledgable down to earth & trustwortthy He never judges, he shows respect & is a good listener Has a few weaknesses though. May spend more time than appointment was scheduled for (because he truly cares & is not intimidated by a $clock) which causes him to run on the late side of things. He gives so much to help others live healthy & good lives, by providing insight, education and tools. Luv the staff! They are very caring

Got recommended to Dr riggs for my adult add and after months of him trying to figure it out i ended up with bills of over 2k on drug tests, reason being recovering opiate addict. I didnt even know what an opiate was and told him i take my prescribed 5mg hydrocodone once or twice a month when for endometriosis when I started. Made an appt to confront and talk to him he just told me not to pay it and I just got a bill for that follow up appointment for $440. And he was 20+ min late EVERY time
