Great caring doctor
First visit with my husband as the patient. Dr. Raine was patient, knowledgeable and very caring Doctor. We have never had a doctor that took so much time with us, asking many questions about his condition and giving suggestions etc.

Best family doctor I have had
I only had the luxury of having dr Raine as my family doctor for three years before he moved to FL. Then, compared with other family doctors, I have found how wonderful Dr Raine was. No craps, no new patient visit requirement and right into problem. His diagnosis was accurate and decisive. Once a time he diagnosed my parents in law’s friend through a causal chat with my parents in law during an office visit. That friend had some issue and before that no other doctors had found out the reason except for Dr Raine. A professor in medical school also had Dr Raine as his family doctor because Dr Raine was his best student. The overall experience with Dr Raine was great. Hope Dr Raine can move back to Tulsa soon.

Dr Raine is a very caring doctor who has always (15 +years) taken care of my wife and me through many visits. I have complete faith in his treatments and through many, many years experience will continue to do so.

I rarely leave reviews, but after seeing what was written about Dr. Raine I couldn't help myself. I have been seeing Dr. Raine for over 10 years and cannot recommend him enough. He is patient, listens, shows care and compassion, is thorough, and won't quit until all issues are resolved. He is not looking for a quick fix to my problems. He wants to determine what the underlying issue is so that we can tackle it and move forward. I am beyond grateful for his care and dedication to his patients.

I feel as if Dr. Raine is an excellent physician! My entire family goes to him. He listens to all my issues and addresses every one of them. He is the only physician that was able to diagnose an issue I was having even though I had seen many specialist. I trust his decisions. He is very caring and friendly. I have never had a problem with any of his office staff. The office staff has always been more than friendly and caring.

Will never go to him again. Talked to me like I was a dog and could care less about what I had to say. Thinks he is so smart. Should have walked out on him 10 years ago.

Very compassionate doctor. Not pushy or arrogant. Listens well and answers all your questions. Takes time with you. Very smart but down to earth. Glad he was my husbands and my doctor when my husband died in 2009. Has a good sense of humor too! Very much a family man.

Don’t use this Doctor !!!! He doesn’t care about his patients when they try to explain their ailments to him! My twin brother killed himself because Dr Raine wasn’t listening to his cries for help. Dr Raine is just in it for himself.
