The Best of the Very Best!!
She stuck by me and diagnosed an extremely rare toxic reaction to a very common antibiotic...she consulted with specialists as well and worked hand in hand with me as I went through a very difficult year. Happy to report I am 100% thanks to her non-stop determination to get me better!!

She is good when you are healthy.
She is friendly, quick, and straight to the point. She is good when you are healthy. She is not available when you need her such as when you are sick and need an urgent rx. PMD needs to be more flexible and available when patients are sick, don't they?

Dr. Serag you need to go back to medical school where you swore to abide by the "Code of Ethics for Doctors." Dr. Serag does not care about her patients. She cares about money. Adopted by the Representative Body in 1961 and subsequently amended, most recently in 2015. A doctor shall protect human health. ... A doctor shall base his practice on respect for fundamental human rights, and on truth and justice in relations with patients and to society.

Very poor at diagnosing health problem(s). Unless you have a health problem that is easily diagnosed by blood tests. Spends little time with patients. Poor follow-up. Though she does mean well and is friendly. If you have mild health problems, or health problems that are easily diagnosable by blood tests, you will be fine going to her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Serag for about 3 years. I had a recent issue requiring me to go to the ER at night. I followed up with Dr. Serag on the next business day and she and her medical assistant Liz were instrumental in getting me in to see a specialist (specialists had advised no appointments for over 1 month and my condition required immediate follow up). They made calls and found a specialist who could get me in later that week. This is more than I could have expected. Dr. Serag is easy to talk with and I appreciate her compassion.

Dr. Serag is an exceptional physician. She is somewhat conservative in her treatments, which I appreciate, but does not hesitate to refer to a specialist whenever needed. She is empathetic and takes time to listen and understand. Those leaving negative reviews are more than likely those patients who want to control their doctors and she has not given in to their demands. I could not be more satisfied, and find that my colleagues and their families who see her are equally delighted with her care (we all work in healthcare, so we have reasonable expectations - we know good care when we experience it.)

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the reviewer that commented on their less than positive experience with Dr. Randa and her PA. I too was impressed with the Doctor after my first visit. She appeared compassionate, caring, and humble. Her assistant, Liz, was also congenial during my first visit. Sadly, all changed. In my follow up appointment, Liz appeared very discourteous, rude and had a disheveled appearance. The Doctor appeared hurried, disinterested, and borderline arrogant. A pity.

Dr Serag and her medical assistant, Liz, are extremely professional. Call backs and HMO referrals are handled within hours. Dr Serag takes time to listen to you and and answer any questions. In this day and age of managed care Dr Serag and her staff are top notch.

Dr. Serag is just what a physician should be - knowledablge, approachable, non-judgemental, and compassionate. She goes above and beyond to give her patients quality care. I feel tremendously lucky to have such wonderful support when I need it most. The office staff members are kind and professional. There is never a long waiting time and the office itself is always clean. Highly recommend.

Appears to be compassionate in the first meeting, takes copious notes, but everything goes downhill from there. Very poir follow-up. Extremely slow to follow up with patients with regards to medical records and tests. She can get icy and curt. Her nurse is absolutely obnoxious. Looks like she hates her job!
