Dr. Rana Jafri, MD

I had morning 1st appointment for annual preventive visit 9.30AM, was waiting in the small room till 10.15 so i went out the room and told nurse asking if doctor in or not. Even i overheard her office staff being her punctual at work daily while i was waiting in lobby . She kept asking questions about medical history, surgery, medical procedure, family history etc which she should have reviewed before seeing me. DO NOT GO TO HER EVER.

Dr. Jafri has always been kind and considerate. The Support Staff is unprofessional and answers the phone with attitudes. Gives half the info switches the call from one person to another and then get mad when the patient (me) has to be asked over and over why they are calling. I am so fed up with the front office. They need total retraining how to handle people especially sick patients, it is heart breaking I needed just a little help with reference phone number and referrals which I should have gotten the day before it is blown out of proportion. Most of the front office in my opinion are in the wrong line of work. Whoever is the office manager needs to get a hold on what is going on. For the most part I see new faces at the front desk everytime I go there, big change in staff and woman that think they can talk to you with an attitutde like I am brothering them. Especially when I am sick. So pissed.

Don’t trust the staff. Will be finding a new Dr. Dr. Jafri has always able to treat me for my self diagnosed ailments. Unfortunately to get to the doctor you’ll have to go through the office staff. During a recent visit the nurse takes my temperature with an unsanitary probe. I asked her why was there no cover on the probe and she said they do not always use covers. I asked the Dr., she asked the nurse, the nurse denies everything. This was all in 15 mins. The office manager’s response RUDE!

Terrible bedside manner. Very rude. Office staff is also rude.

Such a caring and compassionate Doctor. Love her, she takes time and really gives her all to her patients. Would reccomended her to anyone.

Terrible bedside manor she is condescending and insulting. Didn't answer questions except to explain it was rude to question her. She couldn't make it more obvious that she thinks highly of herself and the patient is beneath her. She had no empathy for my pain or discomfort was more concerned about her own feelings. If you like a doctor who thinks they are better thanow you, pick her.
