Dr. E has been my PCP for the last few years and I cannot say enough about her and her staff. Always treated well from checkin to having my vitals taken to meeting with the Dr. E. I never feel rushed with her. She is tender and caring in her approach with me. I feel confident with her guidance and recommendations for my health. We have dealt with some issues that we were not prepared for and she has been wonderful at walking with me through the process of healing. I have recommended her and this practice to several people who have been looking for a doctor. The management of the practice is efficient and pleasant. Unprofessional. Unqualified. Unhelpful. Would not recommend at all.

First time patient, had to change primary care giver. I arrived on time, was promptly put in a room to wait and was seen to by an aid. I am elderly and Dr. Eletriby saw to my issues and made some medication changes which have been effective. Since then, I have had need for emergency service and her staff was very responsive. The reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 is the staff does not seem adequately trained to push past the current insurance gauntlet, those issues took longer than expected.

was denied care and requested to reschedule my annual physical because I checked in 9 minutes late . I called them to let them know im in the parking lot, yet the made me reschedule for 3 months later

Dr Eletriby takes her time with me and listens to my concerns. She makes sure that I am up to date on all the necessary screenings. Very personable.

Terrible experience with Dr. Eletriby and her office. Customer experience was appalling as I was a new patient and they checked me in to tell me five minutes later that the doctor would not see me as I arrived at 8:15am even though I was already checked in at 8:09AM. Very surprised that a doctor looking for new patients treats people this way. I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Rana Eletriby is so thorough, detailed and takes the time to understand your health concerns. It's the first primary care physician that I found that actually cares. Most doctors seem to just want you in and out, but Dr. Eletriby listens and offers great medical advice, guidance and solutions. I've been to her on multiple occasions now and every time I leave, I feel so thankful to have a doctor who genuinely cares and is so thorough!!

I found her to be efficient, caring, follows up, explains things. Not "warm and fuzzy" but professional and concerned, and willing to listen. I looked at a lot of doctors when I had to choose a new primary care physician and I am very happy with my choice.

My experience with dr. Eletriby was excellent. She listened to my concerns and gave me her full attention. Her bedside manners were very professional and caring.She explained to me my problem and offered several solutions. Dr. Eletriby made me feel better and answered all my questions. I do recommend her.

I went to her for a Pap smear. She did not know what she was doing and essentially blamed me for it. She then told me I needed to see a gyn who has "special equipment". I never had a physician make me feel that way. She is inept doing speculum exams.

This is not a professional doctor. poor diagnosis and does not care about her patients. Stay away!
