Buyer beware of insurance fr..d!

I use to go to this guy. In the entire time going there I only say him once, as far as I can remember. Most all of my interactions were with his nurse. The nurse did all of the work with me. I doubt I would recognize this guy if I saw him since he was not hands on with me. I had to have a test done and they scheduled me to go in to get the results. I go in, they tell me, 'the results were fine. Thank you. Goodbye' So they charge me $50 just to tell me that everything is fine so I am thinking why didn't they just tell me on the phone and not gouge me for $50? I felt I was ripped off. So I contact his billing woman and tell her I don't appreciate being charged, you could have told me on the phone and she gets all butt hurt and complains and the doctor sends me a letter that he's banning me from his practice. What a joke. Like I almost care. The conversation with the billing woman was respectful but apparently you are not allowed to voice any concerns. I guess they think it's Russia.

During my first visit, he insisted on reviewing all my medical reports for the last three years. He reviewed them thoroughy, and took his time to explain the results and project future treatments. I also had a history of unstable blood pressure. He carefully. reviewed my medicines, removed unnecessary drugs and during my follow up visits continued to make adjustments in the prescriptions until blood pressure became fully stabilized. Dr. Nassif also set up a long term monitoring schedule. I am fortunate to have been referred to him.

my 85 year old elderly mother who doesn’t drive made a 35 minute trip to the doctors office after a week long struggle to find a ride and pay dearly out of her own pocket which is her social security pay. they asked her when she got there if she had all her medication with her she replied no she didn’t so they made her go all the way back again the next day again having to pay for the ride out there and back they need to realize that the elderly are not rich by far and can not afford all these unnecessary trips back and for especially when we can’t any help through the government because she is on medicare and they don’t pay for transportation..

Dr. Nassif is a competent and caring physician. The wait can be long at times, but sudden issues do occur in a Cardiologists office. Has two emotional support dogs on the premise. Brody and Luna make me feel comfortable and at ease during appointments.

I happen to go to the ER at Faxton St. Luke's Hospital and met Dr. Nassif there. He asked me to come to his offices for some tests and found i had cardiomyopathy and we proceeded with whatever needed to be done and he has since helped me get better along the way. I am not cured but whoever is totally cured from a heart decease?

Dr. Nassif saved my life. He discovered my case and recommended the right surgeon.

Nassif did not explain why my results were different from last time. He did not answer my questions after I asked one of the questions 3 different ways. Nassif does not care. I realize all my visits have been a waste of time.
