Misdiagnosed and preformed unnecessary surgery!!!
The Dr. Hanna started of caring and concerned. Because of this he was blinded by my true issue. Even after x-ray's he lied to the ins. co. said he saw a tear in my tendons when there was not one. It was a frozen shoulder, not a tear or bone spur. He preformed an unnecessary surgery, then afterwards told me it was not needed. But also said he adjusted(stretched) my shoulder which in turn made it worse after post-op. When I question him in what happened and why I was still having pain He admitted it wasn't needed and then became very defensive in a follow up visit. When I asked what I should do if I continue to have pain. He yelled as he walked out of the room and down the hall...'I don't care what you do...I never want to see you again!'He is extremely unprofessional and doesn't take responsibility for his own mistakes. Leaving the patient (Me) to have to live with it. It's been a few years now and I have a click in my shoulder and still have pain... :(

Thrilled to have found Dr Hanna
Very thorough, he listened to everything I had to say. We reviewed my X-rays, and planned out a course of action. I found the staff to be extremely kind and very helpful. Waiting room times have been short. I feel they go over and above.

Arrogant, Lacking in Bedside Manner
Went to him twice for shoulder pain. I was looking for a diagnosis and plan of action that he would recommend. I am all for giving my input but was looking for his. He asked me what I wanted to do and he would do it. No diagnosis as to what I had. I said avoid surgery if we could but was wondering about his advice. He gave me no advice. He was condescending and rude. Him and his staff also were very unprofessional. Talking about patients in a bad way in the hall ways so everyone can hear. Reported him to my insurance and advise not to go to him for anything.

I would NEVER recommend this physician
As a professional working in the healthcare industry, I would never recommend this doctor to another client, ever. The staff in this office is the worst I have ever dealt with. They carry themselves as if everyone else is beneath them. The client's health and need for scripts means nothing to the staff. They lack professionalism and humanity. The blatant neglect of their duty to follow-through, ultimately contributed to my client being rushed to the hospital with BP reading high enough for my client to faint at another doctor's office; where she was forced to return to after 3 weeks of relentless ignored calls and no help. And this is all after myself and two other professionals in the industry, each of us being in a different sector, reached out to them to get it done over the phone. We left msgs. that were never returned a phone call. It is shameful and appalling, that this is their approach to caring for patients. and I only gave 1 star because i had no choice to not leave one.

Absolute worst medical clinic I've experienced anywhere. Ineptness, rudeness, disorganization, and liars at that clinic. Wrong test ordered; wrong diagnosis code on another test that prevented insurance from paying; unhappy patients in the lobby and the parking lot where they chased out for questioning them; old stuffy unkept facilities; the rudest unhappiest staff I've ever seen; doctor was in a big rush and was reluctant to answer critical questions; and no one there has any skills in communications and customer service. You feel like an interruption in their day. You're just a commodity to them to make money. If you want a good ortho clinic, keep looking. This is not it.

I would never recommend Dr Hanna to anyone. This doctor is uncaring, condescending, unwilling to answer questions, brisk, rude, and brash. He literally made us feel like we were bothering him by asking a question. It was my husbands appointment and he did not recognize me, say hello, or acknowledge me when I spoke. We felt rushed and didn’t even realize our appointment was over when he literally fled the room. Do not go to this doctor.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Ramy Hanna. He was professional and helpful. He took time to review my case and to explain treatment options clearly, with good cheer, patience and courtesy. I felt at ease and confident that his medical help would set me on the path to healing from severe back injuries. n.a.
