No Star - I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service I have received at Dr. Amini's office. I am compelled to share my experience in the hope that it might contribute to improvements in their practice. First and foremost, the behavior of the staff has been nothing short of rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. It's disheartening to witness such behavior from a medical facility. Furthermore, it appears that there is a strong emphasis on financial gain, rather than a genuine focus on patient care. I urge others not to rely solely on reviews, as it seems some of them might be manipulated by the staff themselves. My initial decision to choose Dr. Amini was based on positive reviews and his inclusion in our health insurance network as an oral surgeon. In January 2022, my son underwent wisdom teeth extraction by Dr. Amini, and he was professional during the procedure. However, complications arose afterward. The office charged us the full amount upfront, promising reimbursement after processing our insurance claim. Shockingly, we had to initiate contact regarding the reimbursement, which had not been processed even after 18 months. Upon inquiring, we were told that a check had been sent to us. It's baffling that their accounting department had not realized that the check hadn't been deposited. The central figure in this troubling experience has been the Office Manager, Nasim, who is also Dr. Amini's wife. Her behavior has been consistently rude, arrogant, and aggressive. This not only tarnishes the reputation of the office but also reflects poorly on the entire medical practice. Further issues arose in the course of subsequent interactions. On a prior appointment, I arrived late due to construction-related changes in the office vicinity. The lack of notification about these changes only added to my stress of potentially missing my appointment. Moreover, there have been instances when the receptionist did not inform me of changes to procedures or checks that should have been conducted beforehand. These lapses in communication led to a lack of clarity and unnecessary anxiety on my part. In the present year, my experiences continued to deteriorate. During three separate scheduling calls, I was repeatedly asked for my Insurance ID, suggesting a lack of coordination and record-keeping within the office. Furthermore, a mere two days before my scheduled surgery, I contacted the office to inquire about the procedure. Shockingly, I was informed that an additional fee for an X-ray was required. If I had not initiated the call, it begs the question of whether they would have informed me at all. In conclusion, my encounters with Dr. Amini's office have left me deeply dissatisfied. The negative aspects of their service range from unprofessional behavior to poor communication and billing discrepancies. I believe it's crucial for medical practitioners to provide not only competent care but also a respectful and organized environment for their patients. I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for Dr. Amini's office to introspect, make necessary improvements, and offer a more positive experience to future patients.

I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped foot in this place from the lady name Nasim to Dr.five stars aren't enough.Dr.Amini is great oral surgeon and caring,defenetly recommend.

Today I have my tooth pulled out by Dr. Amini and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Staff were friendly. Dr. Amini was very gentle and skilled. I was so worried about the procedure as it was my first time having my tooth extracted, but it all went very smoothly. I recommend Dr. Amini and Cascadia Oral surgeons to whomever wants a great experience! Thank you Dr. Amini and team!

Dr. Amini and his staff gave me the most pleasant experience one could have. I've been nervous about getting a procedure done for a while now but Dr. Amini and his staff made me feel super comfortable and answered all of my questions. He was highly skilled and would recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks so much!!

Had an emergency extraction needed and was in extreme pain for a whole evening, night and into the morning. Called and he was able to squeeze me in regardless of the busy schedule. He and the staff made me feel as if it wasn't a problem and I didn't feel as if they rushed me through and I also felt overall welcomed to bother him in situations that called for immediate attention.

Dr. Amini is a highly skilled and knowledgeable oral surgeon. My wisdom teeth removal and recovery went very smoothly.
