Dr. Ramon Sanchez, MD

Dr. Ramon Sanchez is a friendly and knowledgeable physician who genuinely cares about his patients. His approach is thorough, and he takes the time to listen and address concerns, which is greatly appreciated.However, the experience at his office is significantly hampered by the unorganized and inefficient office staff. From scheduling issues to long wait times and misplaced paperwork, the disorganization detracts from what should be a positive patient experience.I was told that I was a 'no show' for an appointment, but for that appointment, I was contacted by Dr. Sanchez's office stating that they would need to reschedule due to technical issues and they would call me back to reschedule when their systems were operational. That never happened. We all live busy lives, but the office staff seems to thrive on working against the patient versus developing amicable solutions. Improving the administrative side of the practice would make visits far more pleasant and efficient.

Staff is always nice and Dr. Sanchez always listens and chats a bit with you.

The doctor is great. My experience with the staff hasn't been very good. It's almost impossible to call because their lines are always busy! I've had issues with refills/etc, the doc has had to call to verify, it seems to take days to get the message to the doctor. It's been frustrating. Im considering switching doctors. It's so hard to find a good doc that has a great staff. I feel like I'm intruding or bothering them with every question or request. I wouldn't recommend because of the staff.

I Dont like the fact that if you miss your appointment then you have to come in on a walk in basis
