Teladoc better give me a refund
Telehealth
The doctor who answered the phone sounded as if he had just been woken up from a nap. He seemed miserable and didn’t provide any comfort or hope during the appointment. Honestly, I regret scheduling the Teladoc session and feel like I deserve a refund. It was a terrible experience. He made me feel foolish after I described my symptoms, and then there was silence on the line for about 10 seconds. He eventually suggested I take some medication, which I had already mentioned I had taken earlier. After another long pause, he just advised me to continue with that. If you're offering Teladoc services, you should at least have some customer service skills. I am extremely sick, and this experience makes me hesitant to use Teladoc again. I’m not typically someone who writes negative reviews. and if I ever do use Teladoc again. And I see he’s the person that will be calling me. I’m 100% canceling my appointment.

Terrible manners, rude doctor
This doctor is extremely rude and abrasive - be prepared for this doctor to completely disregard the words coming out of your mouth and insist he knows what symptoms you ACTUALLY have and what worked before.
