Exceptional Care and Compassion
I've struggled with eye issues for over 20 years and have seen many eye doctors, but Dr. Ramez Haddadin stands out as one of the best. I'm so grateful to have met him, even if it's later rather than sooner. Dr. Haddadin genuinely cares about his patients and understands what I've been going through. His compassion and dedication to helping are truly appreciated. I can't thank him enough.

- the doctor had some of the worst bedside manner I have ever seen - I called weeks prior telling the office/assistants that I was having surgery with an out of state specialist but wanted to establish care in Chicago. They told me there was nothing else I had to do besides have my records get sent - the day of the appointment, they said they never got my records until 30 minutes later they said they somehow found them. The doctor berated me for not having them sent but never apologized or changed his tone after their mistake - while waiting, I heard both assistants gossiping about me in the hallway to which I had to ask if everything was fine and why they were being so apparent - the doctor immediately had a berating attitude when he walked in, and it took until I asked him why he was being so aggressive for him to take a step back. He started criticizing the post-op medicines the prior surgeon put me on, criticized that the doctors never called him even though I said I called his office and couldn't get through to him and his assistants said nothing supplemental [note: he said that he waits for no one on the phone given "who he is"], and he criticized me for my records not appearing explicitly how he wanted - He never let me get a word in or ask follow-on questions. He acted like he was better than the specialist who I went to in Minnesota, but at these this specialist took over 30 minutes to walk through my eye health with me - I tried to explain what the previous doctor did, but then he acted confused and said he didn't know what "hydrogel sealant" was, which made me question whether he was an appropriate followup doctor

A wonderful, caring and knowledgeable Doctor
Dr Haddin May have saved my life! Although the scheduling staff caused great stress on both the doctor and myself, Dr Haddin did listen to me and had me come see him. It appears I had a mini stroke. Dr Haddin took immediate action and was genuinely concerned. God bless him and others like him!
