He seems knowledgeable and caring and I look for that in doctors. The staff are also very kind. He provides consistent care every time, which I trust. My legs are doing better now. I am not getting cramps on the inside of my feet anymore.

Dr. Who???
I've been there twice, once as a referral and once for tests. I've yet to see him. The first time, his wife came in the room, also a doctor, and they did a test before I left and set me up for sonograms at a later date. Today I went in for the sonograms, had them, and then waited an hour to see the Nurse Practitioner. Both times, I was told my appointment was with him. They also informed me I need a procedure but never having seen him, I'm not sure I want to go back. I may get a second opinion as a result.

My Hero!
The doctor is still my hero!! After several years following unbelievable stent surgery my leg is great. I was released from a Fort Worth hospital with a good luck wish and and a huge left leg, following several days of incompetent diagnosis and incompetent doctors. Dr. Paladugu later came to the rescue and inserted 3 stents and the fluid drained out overnight . My leg is 97% normal . So, Great Experience!

Didn't have time for my father, Didn't listen
That my father traveled an hour and a half to see him after being admitted to the hospital having multiple strokes only to be told he didn't have time to treat him. Would not listen to what the family had to say and then when my mother in law at least tried to get confirmation that he should not drive yet, he still has significant weakness on his left side and judgement is not the best, he gave him a green flag to drive. It was totally wasted time and terrible advice and a charge to their insurance. Ridiculous! I'm in health care and would never want someone treated this way. We will never know how good of a surgeon he might be but his bedside manner and treatment of the patient were poor and he was teaching two students at the time. I hope they learned how NOT to treat a family.

Amazing office staff
I had an amazing experience at Texas Vascular and Vein Center. everyone was polite starting with the receptionist. the nurse who took my vitals and asked all the questions was professional and funny. the man who did the ultrasound of my leg veins was incredible. He was able to explain what my veins were doing using basic comparisons. Meeting with Dr. Paladugu and his PA finished off a fantastic first visit! He gave me instructions on how to mitigate the pain from my vericose veins, specified the compression socks I needed and was very informative in a way that made sense to me! 10 out of 10 recommend!

HIGHLY recommend the doctor, staff, and clinic
I have been dealing with edema since 2019. My last visit to my primary doctor, I showed him a lump, about the size of a fist that had formed on my calf. His response was, "well what do you do when that happens." I went home and started looking for a Vascular and Vein doctor. My first choice was this one. I could see them without having a referral, and I got an appointment in a matter of days. I also liked that I was told when I made my appointment, I would not see the doctor as he would be in surgery that day. getting the job done. Usually I have had to wait for weeks to get results! I got to meet Dr Ramesh Paladucu to go over my results. He is a very straight forward man. I like how he looks you right in the eye when he talks to you. He was very professional and told me like it was. (he should smile though like his picture on the card) Fantastic doctor. I did tell him before he left how happy I was with my whole experience.
