Excellent care, professional, knowledgeable!!
I just moved to Springfield and was concerned about finding an excellent endocrinologist. Thankfully I was able to get Dr. Rama Poola! She is highly skilled and on top of things. I see her regularly and she adjusts my meds and addresses any and call concerns I might have. We both discuss and agree upon what the next step is. I am receiving 5***** care, my numbers are significantly lower, my blood pressure is much better, and my all-around health has improved!! I am very thankful for her and her awesome staff!

Excellence!
Dr. Poola is thorough, caring and accessible. She and her staff always follow up. Both my parents are patients and I have told her she save my mother’s life. My mom is developing demetia. Dr Poola prescribed Trulicity once weekly rather than insulin. Mom is developing dementia and wasn’t able to administer her own insulin. She also helped us review all her meds to assist with her overall health. Dr. Poola is the best. If you’re not getting what you need then you aren’t asking the right questions.

The doctor did not provide me with acceptable care in my opinion nor did she listen to my concerns when I expressed concern. I'm thankful I'm no longer under her care. I do not recommend this doctor.

I saw a General practitioner for years. Within my first couple of visits Dr. Poola had my problem properly diagnosed and got me in for surgery and has been very good about following up. If you need someone to hold your hand, anyone will do. If you need someone who knows her stuff and will be very aggressive in finding out why you have a problem, my money's on Dr Poola.

Dr Poola and her colleague accused me of being a drug user! I can't believe the level of care . Highly unethical. I've had an ongoing Thyroid problem and went there for a second opinion. They are a complete disgrace to the medical field and I'm going to let everybody know that. It took over 4 months to get in to see them while my normal doctor got me in to see somebody before then overall horrible
