I found him to be arrogant and his office unorganized. At my appointment I requested he get my X-Rays for next appointment but he neglected to do this. I then faxed to him a written request to get my X-Rays but my letter was just jammed into my file, unread. I think he doesn't read his correspondence. The next doctor I went to immediately did a culture of my wound and found an infection. Why didn't Dr. Rosato think of this?

After a year of researching the procedure I was going to have and other consults, three doctors unrelated recommended Dr. Rosato. After meeting with his staff and him I had no doubt that I found my surgeon. The most professional, kindest, compassionate qualified doctor I ever had the pleasure of knowing.
He explained realistic expectations in detail and my surgery not only went smooth, but I am post operative six days and I feel like he saved my life. After years of Suffering with neck and shoulder pain, I am pain free and exceedingly happy with my results. I would recommend him to anybody .

In 2008 I broke and cut my finger 1/2 way around. I went to IRCH. Dr Rosato talked me into taking it off saying it would be better in a few weeks. I still had feelings in the tip of my finger. 7 months later I had to get another Dr to refix what he messed up. I lost my job over it. I would never recommend him for any kind of surgery. He ruined my life from a bloched up surgery he did. I have pictures of his work.

I am very satisfied with my breast augmentation results from dr Ralph rosato. The entire process was catered to me and my needs. He was very informative and listened to all of my concerns. He and his staff made me feel very welcomed and cared for from the moment I stepped foot in the office for my consultation and continue still into my post op check ups! I highly recommend this surgeon and his team.

Dr. Rosato was the third doctor I consulted with for a breast reduction. Not only was I too large for my body size, but I also suffered from back pain due to extensive back surgery. He understood my concerns and discussed the appropriate surgery. Other doctors wanted to add implants or just do a lift. From the moment I first went to my initial appointment to all the post op visits, the staff was wonderful and caring and all my needs were met. I am very pleased with the results. Best Doctor

I was so pleased with the staff . They all were very accommodating and super friendly and made you feel so comfortable ! I felt extremely comfortable with Dr Rosato and went back a few times and he always accommodated me and explained the surgery over to me again. My questions were answered and if I thought I wanted a certain procedure and Dr Rosato said I really didn't need it, I didn't do it ! I was so very happy with my results and most important, Dr Rosato is very caring !
