I have been calling for two days unable to get a hold of anyone and the one time I got thru to someone she told me to call back in 30 minutes because the only person who could help me was at lunch. Expect to be on hold for hours just to make an appointment

Huntington park location! Worst experience ever!
Not the typical person who likes writing bad reviews but i just left the clinic because Dr. took forever. Had an appointment and was there since 11am and it took forever for them to even call me inside. After 2hrs i was finally in a room waiting for the doctor(woman, don't know her name) the nurse had given me something to cover myself from the waist down. Unfortunately, you can hear EVERYTHING there because the rooms don't have a ceiling. And rooms are next to each other. Point is, i was already undressed waiting for the doctor(i was next) she went through the patient's results and discussed everything they needed to discuss. She told the patient to come back next week. At this point i had already waited for more than 2hrs, but i said to myself ("ok they're almost done give it 5 more mins). But then they started chitchatting about other things and it kept going. 2hrs and a half had already passed and i couldn't wait any longer. I put on my jeans and left the place. I was really upset

I had a bladder mesh implant in November of 2019. I had a really bad infection after the surgery and the doctor refused to see me. I ended up in the ER with sepsis. I am now having complications from the mesh and the doctor refuses to give me my medical records so my doctors know what they are dealing with. The mesh erosion is extremely painful! I want people to be warned about this man.

Unorganized, lazy, rude & seriously the worst clinic I’ve ever gone to. They take forever to see their patients & the ‘nurses’ that are in the counter stay gossiping & laughing. Not professional at all.

I dont know why!.. They start to see the kids around 1pm!! Kids needs to be first in everything they get more sick that us but i think this clinic dont even care about that!!!.. They dont even deserved a star!!! ?????? i feel so angry tha my kid its sick but they only have time until 1pm to start seen them You needd to provide more care! On the future that are ower little ones
