he listened and was interested in what I had to say. best of all he actually answers the phone himself. crystal run should give that a try instead of being on hold and waiting hours for a call back. I felt connected to person not a computer.

Anyone who knows me knows that I abhor doctors. Most of them are high and mighty and have poor social skills with their patients. Visiting with Dr Alvarez was like a breath of fresh air. He was easy going and so damn cool. I will definitely going back to see him when needed.

He does listen. He haves his patients the knowledge and respect. He knows what he is talking about doesn't mean you are going to like it but you are always entitled a 2nd option

Terribly condescending bordering on just plain rude. Did not listen to one full sentence w/o interrupting me. No personality yet bedside manner.

Dr. Alvarez treats you like you are stupid. He doesn't believe you could possibly understand your body or have any insight into what is going on. He is condescending and rude. He recently shouted at me and kicked me out of his office when I disagreed with him.
