Disorganization and disrespect for patients
I had a very disappointing experience. After waiting 4 months for my appointment and driving an hour to get there, I struggled to find parking and was even on the phone with their office explaining the situation. When I finally arrived, I was told I was late and needed to reschedule. They first offered a new appointment in 2 weeks, then called again to push it back by 2 months, realizing only then that I needed a longer visit since it was my first time. She realized after 4 months that my visit shouldn't be 15 minutes but 30 minutes .This level of disorganization and lack of consideration for patients’ time is unacceptable. I have decided to find another doctor.

She has terrible bedside manner. I work in the medical field and she’s highly offensive. Lets hope she’s not on call when I deliver my baby.

I was very upset when I went into see Dr. Shah for a possible infection. She seemed rushed during the entire visit and was not comforting. She also didn't think I had an infection, although the test results came back positive. When I tried to follow-up for medication, she gave me a very small dose and would not offer a refill, leaving me to suffer in silence for several months before I finally saw my regular gyno. I unfortunately would not recommend Dr. Shah to any friends or family.

Visited this physician and found her to be condescending and had no interest in actually solving a problem. Not interested in looking a prior medical records and asked me what I wanted to do. Really? I'm the patient. I'm the one who needed guidance. Such a shame because the rest of the staff was so pleasant. This doctor needs to improve her bedside manner and be more compassionate---she acted like her day was being interrupted.
