I am a long term patient with a chronic disease. Dr V and the PA’s are great, they listen and have an understanding to your issues. They also get down to what is actually wrong. The front staff in the office are super kind and I have never had an issue. Highly recommend this office.

Dr Vakhariya and his staff is the epitome of patient service excellence! I couldn’t ask for better treatment with my 20 years of chronic pain. He and his staff are friendly, supportive, caring and always listen to my concerns. I am able to live a semi-normal life because of their care and I am forever indebted to the entire staff. Dr Vakhariya AKA Dr V is the most compassionate caring pain Dr I have ever been to. Lets you be part of the decision making too when it come to your pain treatment. He NEVER belittles you or talks down to you. He takes time to explain, he makes sure you are comfortable and his PA’s are very knowledgeable. The whole staff from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out are so kind and caring! The surgery center is just as wonderful!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr V. For over 8 years now and I would never change drs. He’s friendly, funny and so professional. He doesn’t rush through the visit…. Answers all questions in a way anyone can understand and makes you feel at ease!! The entire staff is wonderful!! The PA’s…. Wendy and Erin are just as wonderful as Dr V!!! They care about their patients and treating your pain!! If you are looking for an amazing Dr to help with your pain issues…. Dr V is it!!!

Previously I was at Rochester University pain clinic with a most amazing Dr Sabbaugh ! A doctor I thought no one could equal and was heartbroken and sad when he told patients he was leaving practice for a promotion to the chief of anesthesia and the clinic was closing! I dreaded the fact I now was at the mercy of yet another referral doctor but I trusted their advice and began with the amazing Dr V !’ My first impression was he’s a a kind and gentle doctor who isn’t rushed and definitely goes out of his way to make his patients feel safe ! My worries we’re for naught because this doctor is superior! He has a gentle accurate hand and has given me so much pain relief over the years ! I would get nothing done , have to give up my dahlia gardening and normal daily life if it wasn’t for him. He never once rushed me thru, asks if I have questions and I never say more than 10 min in waiting, His staff especially is the dearest!! Always cheerful and helpful with me. I have been a patient for 10 years or more and have seen him on a regular basis. He and his staff have always taken the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions and provide options to manage my pain. With their guidance I have been able to maximize my quality of life and most of all get pain relief. I have recommended him to both family and friends. His office is friendly and appointments run on time a huge bonus.

I have had all kinds of fusions in my back from my neck to my lumbar pain has been really rough Dr Vakhatiya has been great at trying to make my pain manageable I would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain will not find a better doctor and the staff there are very friendly and helpful

Dr.V has been a godsend to me, Put it this way, I have Medicare if I change insurance it has to cover him. I will change any other doctor but if plan doesn’t cover him I won’t do it. He has been my doctor for over 10 years I love how caring and attentive he is to my medical issues, always trying to find a way to help with my pain. I literally tell everyone looking for a pain management doctor to call him. Also girls in office are great too!

I have been a patient of Dr Vakhariya’s for more than 10 years and I appreciate how concerned he is with your overall well being. Although their office is very busy they will do everything possible to make sure an unavoidable missed appointment is rescheduled a quickly as possible.

Dr Vakhariya has performed multiple Rhizotomies on me, both the left and right sides. Based on other physicians who have performed it, he is clearly the best and most trustworthy Doctor that has done the surgeries. I highly recommend Dr Vakhariya for any injections or surgeries required.

I've been a patient of Dr Vakariya and Wendy for over 10 yrs. His care of my pain issues has been stellar...as is that of his PA, Wendy. This office is NOT a "script mill"...the practitioners are, however, dedicated to helping their patients obtain the best and latest therapies directed at lessening and/or eliminating any pain that is vexing, disabling or preventing a patient from living a fulfilling life. The MD/PAs use many different modalities in their armamentarium in order to bring about the aforementioned pain treatments. I have learned a great deal regarding the treatment of pain as well as additional practices (ice, heat, exercise etc.) to end, taper and augment oral pain therapy when it creates unwanted side effects. I've been a patient of Dr V's for several years..& I can't say ENOUGH GREAT things about Dr V. His caringness & concern makes you feel like you are the only patient in the office. The 1st time I met him I was in AWEFUL back pain. He did numerous tests, at first I really thought it would work. Unfortunately, we exhausted everything Dr V could do,he came in 2 see me,& rt away got on his cell ph & called a surgeon to get me in asap. I'd refer anyone to his w full faith & confidence.
