Online answering (service) abominalble!
SO very rudely spoken to by a VERY immature young female. Repeatedly interrupted, said they were not connected with Honor Health. I mainly want to see what, if any lab work needed to be done prior to an upcoming checkup. I was reminded online by Honor Health messaging. So, tried to do my due diligence but she wouldn't let me inquire. Hung up on me. Are they on quotas?? God bless her. She needs help or dismissal.

Excellent Doctor
From the arrival to Ironwood In Scottsdale, to the friendly check in, friendly staff. Dr Bagai explained all there was to my issue. Assured all was well even went through all my labs. The staff at checkout was very helpful in getting me scheduled for next year, and helped me access my Care Portal. As well as upload my labs from Sonora Quest. Thank You Ironwood Scottsdale

Amazing Doctor
In March 2023 I was diagnosed with lung cancer and I was totally devastated. I always had a very healthy lifestyle and I never smoked. After my biopsy I ended up at the Ironwood Cancer Centre in Scottsdale, AZ under care of Dr. Rakesh Bagai. Dr. Bagai is a wonderful doctor and a super compassionate human. He is very knowledgeable and extremely detailed. He truly goes out of his way to help patients, and I feel I am extremely lucky to have found such amazing medical oncologist. Thank you Dr. R. Bagai for all your care and helping me through the darkest period of my life. Bozena Reszka

This Dr and his facilities only care about money . Be very careful if you decide to have treatment here. Patients are on their own dealing with weight lose, weakness falling etc. do your research . Ask questions about complications from the treatment and how they will help .. they will not
