Dr. Rajiv Jetly, MD

This doctor wanted me to come every six weeks. When I canceled several appointments, (because I had no need to see a doctor), his assistant bawled me out. I asked him to renew bio identical hormones I have been taking over 20 years, he insisted I see a specialist (which costs $50). He got a referral fee. I told him I wouldn’t be coming back, now he is denying me thyroid medication. I would not recommend this very small man! Money seems to be his only motivation.

Dr. Jetly is very thorough. He seems to care about me.

I think Dr. Jetly is a good physician and takes the time to communicate, however his front office staff leave something to be desired for sure! I recently had to get involved with coordinating care for my mother who is a new patient of Dr. Jetly. A referral needed to get out to the Vascular surgeon for which it took almost 2 weeks to get it to them. I had to make multiple calls to his office requesting, the office staff was not helpful at all, had an attitude and I would rate the customer service about a -2. I am still dealing with his situation, the system is clearly broken with this particular office.

The staff are always patient and efficient and Dr Jetly knows his stuff!!!

I would give a 5+ for Dr JetIy for his thoroughnesand kindness. However for his paperwork/ forms filled out I give him a 1. If u have forms to fill out give him 2 months to fill out and follow up biweekly. I have to give Tammy a 10+ because I have seen her more. Her thoroughnes, follow up procedures and listening skills have no words to express. Her caring spirit shines thru in everything she does!!! The healthcare field needs more "Tammy's" in this state!!! Thank u Tammy for the spirit of love u give to all of us!!! Everyone in the office is so kind and caring.

Dr Jetly is a very Good Doctor WHEN your Luky enough to see him as his Office Manager schedules your appointents with his Patient Assistant even when lab reports show ongoing 'Grave' results !

I am 63 years old and have had many doctors in my life, but hands down, Dr. Jetly is the best I have ever had. He is so thorough!!!!!

I was 10 minutes late for an appointment, because of an accident blocking traffic, and when I got to their office they told me the Dr. could not see me and then charged me $50 for a "No Show". I cancelled my up coming appointments! The staff is terrible!! I will find someone else to see.

Dr. Jetly is not only my physician but in the past 16 years, under his care, we've become good friends. He always has a broad smile to greet you and is very thorough and listens to my concerns. I recommend him and staff highly.

Very thorough doc, good at taking the notes and following up. Not afraid to refer for further investigation.

Dr Jetly is a good doctor But his front end staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. They never call in medication when its needed. They always have an excuse for everything they don't do. My wife came out of there office one day crying because they treated her so bad. Every sense he stopped taking our insurance. They traded us tarrable. Other people have said the same thing.
