Unresponsive to patient needs as an oncologist. Makes frequent chart errors and one med error for me. Volatile. Communication is haphazard and unprofessional at times. She yelled at me when I asked for help with chemo problems. Inflexible when standard protocol fails. Did not anticipate problems with chemo and made no attempt to alleviate ensuing medial miseries. Blamed the patient for all problems.
