Knowledgeable and thorough
I’ve been going to Dr R Dandamudi over one year. He is excellent in his care and communication skills. He has an outstanding understanding of healthcare. He has great Nurse Practitioners and they will get you in to see them when you need them.

The office reception is particularly rude right out of the box. Office staff need basic refresher course on how to treat customers and patients. Really respect Dr. Dandamundi so if you can tolerate the office personnel it worth it to be treated by the Dr.

Hellen, the receptionist was very rude and wanted my confidential information without signing for it and blew me off said to call back in a week . I asked to speak with someone else. and was refused further service and told no one else is there, when clearly there are others to speak with. I was hung up on. Wow great customer service that was.

Dr. Dandamudi is very nice and doesn't rush your visit. He takes time to listen and then suggests referrals if you need one.

I switched to him and glad I did. Takes his time, listens and explains. Is usually booked way in advance but can always see his PA Andrea and she is excellent. Only problem is that being on a fixed income I have to make payments and they keep adding fees. May have to get new doc just for that. But his care is excellent. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

He is very knowledgeable and he answered my question and i like that there is a tv in the waiting room my only complaint is that u have to wait forever to see the doctor

He is on top of all current medications and procedures. He is always available or he has a nurse practioner that can see you. She confers with him before treatment. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Dr makes you feel you are the only one in his practice. He listens to any concerns.
