Not compassion or care
The entire practice of Pittsburgh Primary Medicine is a disgrace. The front office staff are condescending and rude, trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare, and the nurses are slow and do not listen to your concerns. The office manager was also extremely rude and uncaring, she continually cut me off during a phone call and would not even listen to my concerns. The medical staff treat you like you are hostile and don't want to be bothered with your issues. There is no follow up and most times you are left to fend for yourself. Beyond disappointed.

Dr. Kondaveeti and Pittsburgh Primary Care has failed my mom terribly and allowed her to suffer. Dr. Kondaveeti has been my mom's primary care physician at Pittsburgh Primary Care for the past 5 years. My mom is elderly and she is in severe pain. My mom's hip is bone on bone and she needs a hip replacement. She can barely walk. We have reached out to Pittsburgh Primary Care numerous times for over a week to get medication to esse my mom's pain . Dr. Kondaveeti has still not helped my mom. My mom feels that Dr. Kondaveeti and Pittsburgh Primary Care do NOT care about her. I will be transporting my mom to a physician who hopefully will care about her and help her. My mom has always complained that Pittsburgh Primary Care does NOT return calls in a timely manner. Run......don't walk away from Dr. Kondaveeti and Pittsburgh Primary Care. Shame on them!

I have been seeing Dr. Kondaveeti for about7 years now. She is not only a wonderful doctor she is an outstanding person. She actually sits down and talks to you like a human being. She goes out of her way to make you feel like you matter. If I need a quick appt and she is not in, I actually get stressed out. I have sent several other people to her. They just love her as well.

Dr. Kondaveeti is unprofessional, and treats patients like an inconvenience. At my last appointment, I mentioned what I thought my diagnosis might be (which made sense due to a chronic condition I have). She rolled her eyes and scoffed. I insisted on the test. I had more questions which she blew off as she stood in the hall, the door open, her head, almost, in the room. Has she heard of HIPAA? I did have the test done and the result was positive and severe. I would never see her again.
