Front Desk
Don’t have an issue with the doctor. It’s about her ladies that work at the front desk. They are ALWAYS rude, I’ll try to explain and tell them my co-pay and they always try to get me to pay more. NO! CALL MY INSURANCE DONT ARGUE WITH ME. They will try to make you seem like the bad person.

Do not waste your time with Rajani Ruth Ceaser. She is horrible excuse for a doctor. She is absolutely the worst medical person I have ever seen! She is unprofessional, rude, and behaves as if she is indisposed when you are in the exam room. Her staff will reschedule without an explanation. I shared what another doctor asked me to tell her about my condition and she became hostile, rude, and aggressive before just getting up and walking out of the exam. She is not a medical professional but there to work the system.

I have never had a doctor listen to me so well! The nurse was great and all the staff were amazing. The doctor gave me so much information that I did not know! I have had MS for 7 years, insomnia, and chronic migraine all my life. I feel so lucky to have met Dr Caesar and her staff!

My dads Oncologist has faxed medical records & a referral over numerous times, my dads PCP has faxed medical records & a referral, stating my dad needs to be seen as quick as possible, my mother went to this Dr's office as well as calling this office & they would NEVER help her with scheduling an appointment, when this Dr finally stated she got the referral it took her TWO WEEKS to review my dads medical records, CT Scans, etc before her staff even scheduled an appointment. We never saw this Dr & I would recommend anyone wanting to make an appointment to run in the opposite direction, the way this office has treated my parents is totally unacceptable! The only I selected 1 star was because I had to, to move to the next page, ZERO STARS!!!!

Terrible communication, does not take any time to understand what’s going on with you. Then she wants to order all these test, scans, X-rays but takes 3 months to make a order call to the building right next to her office. Front office women can’t take any phones, & don’t understand anything the doctor does or how to relay urgent messages. Worst experience I’ve ever heard & very unprofessional.

They do not return phone calls and when you do have an appointment with the Dr. Caesar I have always felt like she’s in a rush with one hand on the doorknob waiting to get out of the room. The office staff is so rude and inconsistent with everything they do and also there is a big turnover of office staff . Find another doctor!!!!.

Seek help elsewhere if you care about yourself or family. She or her staff won't return calls. Nurse told us that a clot in my wife's brain was still the same and hasn't gotten bigger. Over 3 weeks later she tells us the clot is gone and her nurse should have told us that. Then blames it on the nurse for miss reading her notes. Blood clot in her brain is the only reason we were there and with important news like the clot is gone should have gotten a call from the doctor the day.

Dr Caesar is always open minded, listens closely to how I am feeling and shows concern and compassion concerning my seizures and my over all well being. She is well educated and after going through 9 neurologists she has taught me the most and gotten my seizures under control.

Wasn't able to log in to her computer. Did not have the results of two MRI's and a MRA. Very hard to make her understand the terrific pain I was having. Only wanted to talk about addiction and nothing else. My head pain is so bad. Surely something could be done.
