Overzealous
I feel that this physician cared more about hospitalizing me rather than listening to me. He would not let me speak nor explain myself and was very overzealous in his reaction to my request for assistance. Had, Dr Patel taken a moment to listen I would have received the care I needed and eventually received from another provider. Additionally, since I did not submit to his demands, he sent me a letter (on my birthday no less) letting me know he, nor anyone in his office, would treat me any longer. Dr Patel has a complete disregard for patient care, lacks compassion, and is a poor listener. I would not recommend him.
