Highly recommend. Most caring Dr I know. The care she has given my parents is 2nd to none. I wouldn’t want another Dr for my parents or myself. Wait times can be a little long but it’s because she spends more time with those that need it. Not just rushed In and out.

10:50 and their phone is still busy. Makes me wonder if it is the incompetent office staff that does this and the doctor doesn't know or what? Ridiculous! Wait time is ridiculous, you can however, call in to "check in" and they will call you to let you know when you have about an hour left. Works sometimes. Been with Swamy over 20 years and will seek a new doctor if she cant control her staff up front. FIVE STARS IS ONLY FOR SWAMYS PERFORMANCE AS A DOCTOR.

This Dr. over books. You can have a 3 to 4 hour wait each visit. Her office staff Does not follow through with test results nor do they return phone calls.

My mother called FOUR times today to get a script signed so she could pick it up, the fourth time they said call back at 5, they close at 6. They’re not open till 6. When she called back at 5 they were closed,, it’s a holiday weekend now she has to wait FOUR more days! This is not the first, second or third time this happened. As a matter of fact it happens so often she expects it.

Dr. Swamy is a great doctor and she is very thorough. However, her office staff is incompetent. Always. Always a minimum of an hour wait.

Dr Swamy is by far the best I've ever had the good fortune to be a patient of. My very first visit I was quite ill. During that visit I'd told her about the person who referred me, was a person who had cancer she'd treated. He is a cancer survivor now 15 years later. My next visit was more than 7 months later. The amazing thing was, Dr. Swamy actually remembered me & our conversation many months later. How many people can say that about their Dr.'s? I've had excellent, spot on care since.

Wait time is horrible! Went in with a fever, waited over two hours to see doctor for less than 5 minutes. They call you back to take vitals then send you back out in waiting room. I have gone here for quite a few years and am currently seeking a new doctor. It is now 7 PM and the pharmacy did not receive a call for my needed antibiotic. not happy. Don't go here unless you plan on spending three to four hours. Everybody waits, every time.

Wait times have never been under 4 hours all to go in and have a doctor spend 2 maybe 5 minutes total with you. Looking for a new doctor now, will not go back

Three years with wait times of 2-4 hours and then she'll rush in and half listen while still working on the last patient's problems. I have a chronic, serious condition and she has passed me off to multiple doctors who weren't even qualified for my particular problem. I just found out that none of the referrals I have ever asked her to do for me were ever sent; even though her staff, and her, told me they were. She has a statue of Mother Teresa in her office. Trust me..she is no Mother Teresa!

Dr Swamy is the best! She listens and is a caring doctor. She saved my father years ago and then became my doctor. I trust her.

Dr is very smart, thorough and personable. She rescued me from a very bad, life threatening situation coming from another physician. The office wait time is not a desirable thing, but she books herself so heavy and then spends a lot of time with each patient. i would like that to be fixed but I don't think it will.
