Dr. Raid Ossi, MB CHB

Dr Ossi ordered MRI on Jan 2025. Abnormal MRI - 5.5 cms big nodule in left thyroid, never received a call from office so I called in April 2025 and questioned why I never received a call from office . Medical assistant told me that she will inform DR Ossi..Today , received a call from medical assistant told me that to see primary physician for an abnormal MRI report.Doctor should call patient of abnormal report in a timely manner .

I was pleasantly surprised that my new patient exam was much longer than a standard 15 minute appointment. Dr. Ossi carefully reviewed my records and listened to my symptoms. He developed a treatment plan for me. I left the office knowing I had someone who cared about my chronic headaches. His office staff was efficient and very friendly.

Dr Ossi took his time with me. Discussed my case knowledgeably and listened to what I had to say. I appreciate this very much.

I waited for some time for my appointment with Dr. Ossi. I can’t express enough that it was well beyond worth the wait! I was greeted in a friendly manner by the staff. Insurance was done quickly. Misty was fantastic. She was able to get the films of my MRI that was done months ago, since I did not have the disk. Dr. Ossi is a true professional, with incredible knowledge. He took the time to show me and explain to me every part of my brain looking at the MRI. To me he is a caring, thorough doctor that truly cares for his patients! I would go to no other!

My husband has only 2 appointments with Dr. Ossi and both times we showed up, we were told that they lost our appointments. BOTH TIMES. We were and to be seen tho and had his nerve conduction studies done. When it was time to go back to have them read, the office called. I was unable to catch the call so they left a message. I called back almost immediately and I could only leave a message myself. I called 3 separate days asking for a call back but none came. Now it's 3 months later and we've moved to another state. Guess who finally calls!? We now have to find a new doctor is our new state and hopefully have the results sent over. The doc is good but the office staff sucks! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!

Dr Ossi is very personable, professional. He takes time to listen, address all issues & concerns. Office staff was warm & welcoming.

I love that he talks to you so you understand. Instead of using medical terms that leave you confused . Being a multiple stroke survivor he’s is the only neuro whose office I left with knowledge about my condition. I’m even switching my dad to his office

Dr. Ossi is truly exceptional. This was my initial visit & assessment, and he spent over an hour with me, reviewing my medical history in great detail, asking questions and actually listening to my responses. Where many physicians can make you feel as if they’re in a hurry to get you out and get the next patient inc at no time did I feel rushed. He’s very warm and attentive, and leaves you feeling confident you’re in good hands.

Visit with Dr. Ossi was impressive. He spent an inordinate amount of time examining and discussing my issues with my condition.

If you feel that you deserve respect, and expect messages to be returned faster than a month, then find a different doctor. I have liked Dr. Ossi very much and have been a patient of his for 3 years but I just told them to throw away my file. The last straw for me was when I had an appointment on February 17th. I got a voice message saying that I had to confirm the appointment or it would be cancelled. I immediately picked up the phone to confirm. I actually then called the next day to leave another message to confirm. The next day I showed up at my appointment only to be told that it was cancelled because "I didn't confirm." I showed Glenda the proof on my outgoing phone log that I did call to confirm- twice. She didn't care. She was extremely condescending and just said how sorry she was in a tone that told me she was anything but sorry. I then left messages for a month before someone called me back today. Their excuse for not getting back to me sooner was a joke. I am done.

Dr Ozzi alo that's parkinsons. This was my first appt with him. He is a very good doctor very thorough but also very nice and explains in words you can understand. I would recommend him.

My daughter and I accompanied my husband for a visit about a new onset seizure. Dr. Ossi was very thorough and very patient explaining the symptoms and looking at course of action. My husband is in good hands.

He took so much time in speaking and reviewing my symptoms. He did many on the spot tests to give him more answers to what might be a prognosis. Very thorough. I’m very comfortable in continuing my health care with him.

I enjoy my visit with Dr.Ossi,he is kind,he listens,and answer questions,he’s the doctor I have seen for headaches.

His insight and knowledge about my Parkinson has allowed me to live a life that’s close to normal. You’re the greatest!!!
